Uslovi korišćenja

Pravila korišćenja BizFair Hub-a kao kompanija ili kao član kompanije.

1. The service

BizFair Hub (the "Service"), available at bizfairhub.com, is a platform on which a business (the "Company") publishes a company page, product information, virtual showrooms, online presentations and written content, and on which registered users of other Companies may contact it, register for presentations, request quotes and place order intents. BizFair Hub is operated by the operator named below (the "Operator").

2. Accounts and Companies

An account is personal. The person who creates a Company page confirms that they are entitled to represent that business. Members are invited by the Company's owners and administrators, who are responsible for the roles they grant. Credentials must be kept confidential; the Operator must be informed of any suspected misuse.

3. Content

Companies are solely responsible for the content they publish (texts, images, documents, prices, product data, presentations). Content must be lawful, accurate, free of third-party rights that the Company does not hold, and must not contain malicious code. The Operator may suspend content or a Company page that breaches these terms, after notice where practicable.

4. Commercial transactions

Requests for quotes, quotes and order intents exchanged on BizFair Hub are communications between the two Companies concerned. BizFair Hub does not compute prices, does not process payments and is not a party to any contract between Companies. An order intent becomes binding only according to the agreement between the Companies and, where used, the confirmation of the supplier's own system. Displayed totals are indicative sums of the prices the Companies entered.

5. Fees

The core service is free of charge. Optional paid features, if introduced, are offered under separate terms that are shown before purchase. No commission is charged on business concluded between Companies.

6. Availability and changes

The Operator aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee it. Features may change; material changes that reduce functionality are announced in advance where possible. Companies can export their catalogue data (Excel) at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. The Operator is not liable for the content Companies publish, for the conduct of Companies towards one another, or for indirect damage and lost profit.

8. Termination

A Company may unpublish its page at any time and may ask the Operator to delete the Company and its data. The Operator may terminate the service for a Company that breaches these terms. Audit records required by law are retained for the statutory period.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to a user. The courts of the Operator's seat have jurisdiction.
