Šta BizFair Hub čuva o vama i vašoj kompaniji, zašto, i šta možete da tražite od nas da sa tim uradimo.

1. Controller

Podaci o operateru još nisu podešeni: postavite BF_SITE_OPERATOR, BF_SITE_ADDRESS i BF_SITE_CONTACT_EMAIL pre objavljivanja ovog sajta.

2. What we process

• Account data: name, work e-mail, password (stored only as a salted Argon2 hash), interface language and theme, the Companies you belong to and your role.
• Company data: everything a Company publishes on its page, its catalogue, showrooms, presentations and content. Published data is public by design.
• Communication data: messages, requests for quotes, quotes and order intents exchanged between Companies, with the names of the people who sent them.
• Registrations: your name and e-mail when you register for a presentation, shared with the hosting Company.
• Technical data: server logs with IP address and browser type, a session cookie, a language cookie, and daily, hashed view counters per page (no profiles, no third-party tracking).
• Integration data: when a Company connects Microsoft Teams or SupplyHub, the tokens and keys are stored encrypted and used only for that integration.

3. Why and on what basis

We process account and communication data to provide the service (performance of the contract), technical data to keep the service secure and to measure usage (legitimate interest), and send e-mails about events that concern you (notifications you can switch off, except mandatory ones about quotes and orders). We do not sell data and we do not advertise.

4. Who receives data

The Companies you interact with see what you send them. Our hosting and e-mail providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. Microsoft (Teams meetings) processes meeting data under its own terms when a Company uses that integration.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Communication and order records are kept as long as the Companies involved exist, plus the statutory retention period for business records. Logs are kept for 90 days. Deleted Companies are removed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export and delete your data, and object to or restrict processing, by writing to the contact address above. You may complain to the supervisory authority of your country of residence. If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, contact us first; we answer within 30 days.

7. Cookies

BizFair Hub (bizfairhub.com) uses only functional cookies: bf_session (signed-in session, 14 days), bf_locale (language, 1 year) and browser storage for your light/dark preference. No consent banner is needed because no tracking or advertising cookies are set.

8. Security

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with row-level isolation per Company, transported over TLS, with server-side sessions, Argon2 password hashing and encrypted integration secrets. Every change to commercial data is recorded in an audit log.
